The item was nicely packaged in its original factory plastic bag and placed inside another plastic mailing envelope and was then placed in a very sturdy outer plastic mailing envelope for shipping.   I found it easy to order this item, but I ordered wrong size. just-look were easy to contact and said they would except the return of the item. There was a slight hiccup in communication but between us it was all sorted out. They dealt with the refund within 2-3 days it was in my bank. The Fleece shorts were good quality and as described, I have ordered a larger size. I would have no hesitation in recommending just-look, it was good dealing with them.
