  I’ve put positive due to following reasons Item ordered and paid for the 3rd stated posted the 6th on the 10th I messaged to say I had not received the item and ask for advice but received no reply , I opened a refund request on the 14th then I did receive a reply stating the seller had been in hospital so hadn’t replied also showing the item was posted the 6th so it was the postal service to blame for late delivery and a reason no initial reply
