    Decent, low cost item. A bit flimsy and there is no spacer for the photos you put in (which are 6" x 4") so very fiddly to get pictures of this size correctly placed. Also not very well protected during packaging so arrived damaged. Buyer offered a 25% refund though.

    Was late arriving, the trays inside the box were all broken, as were a couple of pencils. I git in touch with the seller and they offered a small discount, which I accepted as this was for my son and they didn't have any left, I tried other sellers but couldn't find another. The seller sorted it out quickly but I was disappointed to have to send it with broken trays

    Quickly posted and delivered on time, nicely packaged, item wasn’t what I paid for and received. I ordered 12 inch brackets and received 10 inch. I have found another use for them though. Seller offered a return promptly so no harm done, maybe just one of those things.
