Ordered hot air station. It took a bit longer to ship but received it. Came with the original packaging. Package was a bit smashed but the item inside wasn't damaged. The original package was opened before, but everything inside was in perfect condition, no missing parts so you can tel that it was as described. To conclude i have nothing to complain about.

The product is in good conditions, i have received after 7 weeks from the day i ordered and payed the item.the comunication not ideal(not very friendly but when i needed an invoice i got it),sending via post office extend too much the delivery estimates(instead of 2-3 weeks i received it after 7 weeks).maybe in other western country where PO is working very well will be faster the delivery.i recomend a private carrier.the vendor sent the purchased item.also payed customs tax from uk to eu(~100£)

Although I had various issues with the shipping/postal services I received my product which is PERFECT! Packaging and all the accessories were just as described, even better in person.
