    I ordered Bolsius candles, which I'd bought from the seller before, as they are the best candles for what I need. However today the order arrived and was Prices candles. I hadnt recieved any notification that the original order couldn't be complete or that it would be changed. If I wanted Prices candles I would have ordered them and don't appreciate being sent something different with no consultation. A shame as I had previously been very happy the service.

    Item photo showed 2kg box, but was sent 585g box. Still hangs 30 rolls, but the picture is confusing leading you to think there's a bigger quantity for sale. Good communication from the seller who resolved the problem adequately.
