    Bit of hassle getting delivered due to an apparent break down, ok fair enough, but communication bad, had to keep asking whats happening. Arrived without the hour notice phone call we were told we’d get, so we weren’t in, so they wanted to leave them outside so they could leave! Then when my mum had to come to let them in they tried refusing to bring them up one flight of stairs as my mum couldn’t do it! Eventually they did but huffed + puffed about it. Otherwise great item!!
