    The seller described the item as new and unopened, the picture on the sale listing clearly showing an original factory seal on the product box. Yet the item that he sent me was opened with the original factory seal removed and replaced with clear office tape. Upon contacting the seller about it, he went to immediate defensive stance, refusing to discuss refunds while oddly enough also admitting that he himself had removed and replaced the original factory seal. Untrustworthy, very disappointing

    This issue has been settled in favor of the buyer. They received the total amount incl. shipping back and were even allowed to keep the product free of charge. They displayed their mannerless behaviour by insulting me multiple times and accusing me of scamming them. Why would I not go into "immediate defensive stance"? Apparently they can't comprehend at all how I tried to fix the issue, I guess they weren't expecting any help and honesty. Such shameless ranting is embarassing for an adult.
