Don't waste your time or money. these people send out sub standard/damaged goods & blame the courier.. it quite clear whats happened here, you can see within the photos. then its the usual customer care offering 2 pound off & then asking customer to waste valuable time returning item when it can be easily resolved through customer issuing photographs . I kindly asked them to dispatch another hose & sent a photo on how to post without destroying item. Try packaging properly!!!
