  Asked for a cancellation from the company within 5 m,ins of ordering no reply so went down the ebay route. They said the seller had refused to cancel. They were pre order and would be delivered whilst I was on holiday so I wrote to the company again to ask for delivery at a different time.   Thanks for the couple of extra plugs. I'm happy with the purchase which would have arrived in great condition, but unfortunately we had a RM delivery person who tried to ram the package repeatedly through the narrow post box slot. Despite the whole package clearIy wrapped in tape marked FRAGILE. Have now given feedback on their poor delivery so hopefully they will not do this again. I've repotted and hopefully they plants will bounce back and be as healthy as UK Plug Plants sent them out.

  Excellent seller ! They sent 12 plants in total,however,only 8 are looking as though they will thrive,so,nothing lost.Arrived in good time.Very well packaged.I will definitely purchase from again next growing season.MANY THANKS A++++++

  Missing items, marked as all despatched. Refused to send missing unless cases were closed. Then stopped communicating. The ones she did send were v poor - spindly and sad looking. Charged me £17.50 for postage which cost her less than £4 for the ones she did bother sending! Also her scribbles on the packaging were impossible to read - didn’t have a clue what was what. All in all a rubbish experience and shan’t use again .

  The missing items wasn’t ready when the remaining of the order was sent out. Customer was advised that these 2 items would follow. Customer was happy to wait and then changed their mind, so we approved a refund on both missing lines. 10 or more messages have been sent back and forward keep the customer updated which is confusing by what you have written on the feedback. All cost and prices are advice in terms of P&P. P&P isn’t just the postage cost but all the trays and labels and tape

  Item advertised as 'ready now' but had not arrived by the delivery date. Messaged supplier asking for delivery info but no response. So asked for order cancellation - refused. Raised non-delivery with eBay and suddenly had response from supplier. Order cancellation and refund ok'd. Also had other orders from this supplier for the next month and requested cancellation of these - cancellation denied. So stuck with orders from a supplier that I don't trust and don't want to use again - not happy.
