  I was worried about purchasing this Lenox casserole dish as we had purchased one before and the lid was warped. This wonderful seller not only answered all my questions but sent us a video of the lid being moved back and forth to reassure us that the lid was fine! He mailed the casserole right away. He really went above and beyond for us! The casserole dish arrived and it is perfect! We highly recommend this seller and hope to do business with him again!!

  Seller messaged me to make sure I didn't order the item but mistake because of the size and they messaged me to let me know that they were upgrading my shipping for free to get it here by Halloween, I thanked them and let them know it was for my 12 year old daughter after they messaged me first to let me know they were upgrading my shipping, seller put a sweet nice card for my daughter in the package and it was used but couldn't tell it looks like brand new , very good seller and very caring
