  Stay well clear of these people, they are the most unhelpful and ignorant sellers I have ever had to deal with. I purchased an electric wheelchair turned out to be faulty and trying to return it is becoming almost impossible dozens of messages only to receive the same reply. Eventually I received a picture of a returns label but they will not organise the pickup. They play for time to try and run the clock down on the last returns date.
