  \very good despatch time. Although the packs were individually wrapped in grey plastic, the boxes were slightly crushed on edges and corners - as if packed by machine on a bad day. Hopefully, this will not affect the filters themselves. Brita are an excellent firm and was pleased with what I have received.

  Excellent product at a fair price, spoiled by Yodel’s pathetically slow and inefficient delivery system by holding the small package for five days before even attempting delivery!! Finally received it eight days after ordering it, they could have walked here quicker !! Pathetic !!,
