  A very honest seller, great communication. The device sold was locked as it had (unbeknown to the seller) previously been registered to someone, and XTool from what I’ve read will not deal with you to unlock the device unless you can confirm the order no. that you bought it from them is. The seller didn’t hesitate to issue a full refund when requested. I highly recommend the seller and would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.
