    10/10 for smycar world for sorting courier problem. Ordered 12 boxes but only 1 arrived at collection depot. Comms were ok and I arranged to collect replacements. Easy to find and really helpful team. Tiles are absolutely new, good quality. The tiles were not the cheapest on eBay but I didn’t want used or a random mixture. I think the tiles are a bit darker than expected but the the replacement tiles may have come from the dark grey pallet. The look great and I am happy with them.

    I ordered 2 packs the colour sent was not what was ordered.I started a return theyonly sent 1 label instead of 2 took them to the post office who said they needed 2 labels on each package and the weight on the label was insufficient to return.I have sent 3 messages to the company asking to get this resolved so I can get my refund. They just resond with keep the items & they will give a £20 refund why would you keep them when they are not the colour ordered.Steer clear of this company.
