    Item arrived with a scratch across the screen, signs of previous use and poorly packaged. Item description was listed 'as new' - with no signs of use. Upon contacting the seller and requesting a partial refund due to the scratch the seller would only offer an refund of £10, later raised to £15, but refused to meet my request of £20. I would not recommend this seller at all. Seller only responded once a return request had been made, despite two attempts at contact prior.

    I ordered this phone thinking it was new as what the description said, to then find out when it was delivered it has in fact been used. The phone literally got so hot within 15 minutes. I contacted this company and they said I can return it and even gave me a returns label. I returned it via Royal Mail which was tracked. They got the item back but I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted this company multiple times and no response. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY.

    The item was as described , new unused. However it was set up for Vodafone in Italy . I am with 3 and they use VoLTE for their 4G network. Vodafone have blocked this on certain IMEI numbers , so unfortunately I couldn't make calls in or out . I alerted the company who apologised and asked me to return it for a refund . They were unaware of the problem ,as 3 have only just disabled their 3G network.. The company were extremely proactive, trustworthy and honest . 5 ⭐

    The description says that the phone is new and it's complete not, that doesn't work at all, they sent me broken junk. Now I've been waiting for a few weeks for my money back and when I write to them they don't respond they just ignore me. Bard I warn everyone about this company because they are very dishonest. If they responded to messages and returned the money immediately there would be no problem. Be careful with them.
