This buyer Mario David Vieira dos SANTOS (ID davidwpa) in Vivenda Casa do Alto, 8100-333 Vale Judeu Loule, Portugal is a competitor/ reseller (as1309262@sapo.pt). Mario purchased a Japan tremolo block & received exactly what was in my listing title, photos & description. Photo #10 clearly shows the string depth of the item. eBay charged the buyer $27.60 in VAT duty (I don't receive that) perhaps this is what David is really upset about. This buyer's feedback violates eBay's policy in many ways.
