Received my glass statue, but unfortunately it was broken. Item was not well packaged. Contacted seller who was very unhelpful and questioned whether the item was damaged even though photos were sent. Suggested I patch it up myself, did offer a part refund, but never received it. Would not purchase from this seller again.

Item was well packaged like every other parcel sent. Suspect damage occurred during unpacking of item. Buyer was offered partial refund or full refund if item was returned. Buyer wanted to keep the item as well as being fully refunded. Left negative feedback when advised they would need to return it first.
