There was a slight hiccup at the beginning as only one of the items was received but the seller was very apologetic and quick to arrange for delivery of the missing item.     The two type 301HP XL black ink cartridges arrived on time, were well packaged and seem to be exactly as described i.e. new and not refilled cartridges as they are in sealed acrylic cartons. I have not yet fitted them as current ink has not yet run out. A recommended 5* seller.
