Excellent service - BUT - I ordered several wigs from different suppliers. This arrived in a bag with no identifying paperwork, so I had no idea which supplier had sent it. After removing the delivery agents label with difficulty, I could just make out the words 'mens perm headgear', so I presume its this one ???? Some identifier inside the packaging would be very helpful. Wig fine. The photo looks like 'hair'. The wig delivered in very shiny nylon.

The device had a missing connector in the battery compartment, so it was impossible to use it. There were no loose parts in the box. This appears to be a factory manufacturing defect. The seller provided a full refund with good communication. The delivery time was good and the item was well packaged, the seller is not at fault here, the problem appears to be a factory defect. Thanks to the seller for providing a full refund.
