Ok this is going to be different
The item I received is not the one I ordered it was a really good quality item but a mistake had been made at picking in the warehouse the tap I wanted was no longer in stock
This is where normally I’d run a mile but
They responded very quickly via email and apologised straight away
Gave a full refund and told me to keep tap that was sent by mistake which I gave to my daughter
Their customer service was second to none and very professional
