  My order was for 4 pairs of glasses which arrived in separate boxes. The first box I opened to find a lens had come out of the glasses. I wanted the other 3 pairs so did not return. However the seller sent me am email asking if all was okay. I told them about the problem and they immediately offered me a full refund or a replacement pair. I opted for another pair and they have arrived today. I am very impressed with the customer service and would buy from this seller again.
