  Unfortunately the packet of hops I received were spoilt, they were congealed and also had an “off” odour. I had no apology for the defective hops and the seller even reduced my refund because “the item wasn’t returned in its original condition”, how could they be when I needed to open up the packet to check the hops? Avoid this guy, he’s very unprofessional!
