Item was not a Canon! Has to return, but, needed to open to take pictures for eBay rating then back in the box and sealed to be shipped back for a full refund! Seller mistook it as used and gave only a partial refund (50%)! Opened a case for escalation due to the seller’s action! eBay closed the case in my favor as a buyer! But, even though I returned the item, I have to say that the item is solid, but, I want a Canon to pair with our son’s gadgets! So, I will rate positive on this regard!

I needed this flash unit to use with a "new" used digital camera I purchased from an EBAY vendor. The flash arrived earlier than promised and was a new flash in original boxes. The vendor had put all of the packages (flash, remote control, rechargeable batteries and charger, etc) in a box for shipping and did a great job of wrapping them in bubble wrap to protect them during shipment. Communication with the vendor was good. I would order from this vendor again.
