    Shipping a large, heavy, and rare 25 year-old computer has inherent risks. It was well-packaged, we worked to find a workable freight shipping destination and got this safely across the country. When I had problems getting it to boot, the seller was very communicative and once I got it going they replaced the single bad SIMM with no complaint. Frankly they were excellent to work with, and I will do future business with this seller to our mutual benefit. Thank you, Parallel Suntech!

    The laptop was listed as “Opened – never used”, but it arrived with 2 battery cycle counts. The seller tried to justify it as “opened for testing,” which is not true to the condition advertised. This was a misleading listing and very disappointing experience. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get help. Buyers should be cautious — item condition and description cannot be trusted.

    We offered a 100% refund on return of the item - we even offered to pay the international shipping to return it (which we didn't even need to per our listing policies). Instead this buyer has opened a FULL CLAIM FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT without sending the item back. Our 27 years of 5-star 100% feedback as an eBay seller is indication of our business and one dishonest and irrational buyer should not be paid attention to.
