Quick delivery, sellers communications about all my questions were efficient. Please remember that if you’re buying an ex rental then you must expect mould. It’s easy enough to clean and treat! The item was dispatched quickly but the courier didn't communicate directly with me before delivery. This meant that we were out when they came the first time. Their "sorry we missed you" card was not trackable, meaning we couldn't establish a suitable redelivery slot. When it was delivered it was dumped in our front yard. Again no communication from the courier. Also none from the seller when it was reported as missing. Delighted with it now it's arrived though - exactly as expected, thank you.

Tja,was soll ich sagen: günstig gekauft,weniger Tage später deutlich teurer geworden (fast doppelt so teuer als vorher). Angeblich versendet,leider ohne Sendungsverfolgung,Kontakt mehr als rar. Zuletzt hat keine Antwort. Zeitverschwendung. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

We received the tent and although it was new there were some small stains at the front which was disappointing as the tent was lovely quality and exactly as described. I contacted the company and whilst it took a few emails back and forth they were very accommodating and the issue was resolved. We have already made a further purchase from them. The tent has been used and our guests were also very impressed with the quality of the tent. Thank you!

I haven't received the tent , the seller couldn't give any valid tracking information . When I asked for a refund , the communication stopped completely. I had to report the seller to the ebay team . They stepped in quickly and issued a refund. This seller should be banned for any further activities on ebay. Thanks to the ebay team for resolving my problem not even 24 hours after the report had taken place.
