They called when they were on the way, installed it in the room and took away all the packaging. The chair itself is in excellent condition as described and was a fantastic price.     I cannot recommend this company enough. First class service from start to finish. Communication is flawless. So nice and helpful fast responses they really go above and beyond.     I cannot recommend this shop enough, they responded to all my messages so quickly and couldn't do enough to help. The delivery team were polite and helpful, and took away all the packaging.     The sofa was received quickly, carefully wrapped and delivered and was perfect - with a slight mark, which was as described. There was a slight issue with something missing and this was sorted out quickly and without issue. Absolutely brilliant customer service and the best sofa I’ve ever had. Great price for what it is and much cheaper than in store. If I bought a sofa again it would be with this company.

    Accurate description it really is a good looking sofa, comfortable to sit on smooth and quiet in operation, delivery men were brilliant phoned to tell me how long they were going to be, set it up for me and tane away all the packaging and office staff were very helpful and quick answers to my questions, finally fantastic price will do business with this company again
