Sofa arrived very well packaged exactly as described on time, the two delivery lads were also very friendly, we rang the store a few days before delivery to explain we had a narrow hall and the arms would have to be taken off for delivery, even know the sofa had already been wrapped for transport the gentleman on the phone said that it wasn’t a problem, I can honestly say there costumer service and price were outstanding and I would definitely use this shop again, highly recommend A***

Purchasing a beautiful armchair from Sofa Clearance Outlet has been a delightful experience. My questions were answered fully, reassuringly and helpfully. The chair was purchased in the late afternoon on Sunday and arrived at my rural southwest Scotland home on the Wednesday! The armchair was well protected and packaged and precisely as described. A fabulous piece of furniture at an excellent price. The sellers were amazing from beginning to end - lovely people who responded quickly to any queries. Delivery was arranged quickly & conveniently. Sadly the item was damaged slightly in transit & delivery wasn't fully completed but the seller rectified everything quickly & provided a refund for the slight damage. They were excellent - cannot recommend them highly enough. Our sofa is fabulous - a quality piece of furniture. Thank you.

I’m absolutely delighted with this suite. I bought it late Saturday afternoon and 30 minutes later received a phone call to arrange the delivery which was 4 days later. The delivery company kept me fully updated via emails and texts on the delivery day. It arrived very well packaged and fully wrapped. The suite was immaculate and in brand new condition. Definitely would buy from them again as the service was first class.

Delayed as per Panther Delivery lack of commitment and when finally delivering were not careful at all nor removed the packaging. When contacting Sofa Clearance they were always great and happy to help and follow up. So, I highly recommend Sofa Clearance. I do not think Panther is a good delivery company to work at all though.
