They called when they were on the way, installed it in the room and took away all the packaging. The chair itself is in excellent condition as described and was a fantastic price.     I cannot recommend this shop enough, they responded to all my messages so quickly and couldn't do enough to help. The delivery team were polite and helpful, and took away all the packaging.     Accurate description it really is a good looking sofa, comfortable to sit on smooth and quiet in operation, delivery men were brilliant phoned to tell me how long they were going to be, set it up for me and tane away all the packaging and office staff were very helpful and quick answers to my questions, finally fantastic price will do business with this company again

    Loveseat arrived on the day arranged wrapped in protective plastic. Phone call to say delivery was 20 minutes away. Delivery guys were polite and put the loveseat where I wanted it and took the packaging away with them. Loveseat was as described in nice condition .
