    1 full week of trauma, anxiety and stress. Customer service is in Turkey, no staff to deal with damaged sofa as on holiday. Requested I closed case to get replacement, then demanded photo I.D which is against GDPR. Will not buy from again.

    We apologise that the service did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that both the customer service and the manufacturing department are registered in the United Kingdom. As soon as the sofa was manufactured and a delivery window became available, we did deliver a replacement sofa.
