Hi there, We are really sorry you are unhappy with the pillow you received. These do need time to fluff up and take back form as these are vacuumed packed for transport. we did accept your return on this pillow but you have decided not to return it for a refund and closed your return down. We have never had any other negative feedback on these before so we do apolorgise.

Absolute sterling service. They phoned me to ask for a convenient delivery date and time, they arrived 30mins before and were extremely polite, and even built the sofa for me.
