We are a family run business based in West Yorkshire of England. Our business was started with the ethos of supplying quality cushion products at affordable prices. From hard work, dedication and sticking to our core values, our business has grown and evolved as the years have gone by. After having great customer feedback and a constant call to supply more products, we have branched out and moved on from just supplying cushion inners to designing and making our own range of products.     This item arrived damaged, it was all contained within the packaging. I think courier must have dropped it. I took photos and sent them to the seller. He immediately told me that he would refund me 100% and I could keep the product. Refund was in my account within 4 days.

    this feedback relates to another product. this arrived in 4 bags,didnt tell me. One bag arrived on weds and I assumed this was all I was getting. Contacted to say he had only sent 5KG He replied 1am to say that the rest will be delivered in 3 bags. I've bought this before from a different supplier and it came in one bag. The delivery man really struggled to put 3 bags in his car, there wasn't much room for anything else, should use different courier.

    This was my 2nd order from this seller and these gorgeous excellent quality feather filled inserts are even better than the square ones I previously purchased! They are soooo comfy!!! My hubby and I use these oblong cushions for our necks when watching TV/ using laptops etc, and these are perfect! They arrived really quickly too, in appropriate (recyclable) packaging. Excellent seller, very happy customer :-)
