Side note -
Offering to reimburse postage after you received original feedback and asking for feedback to be changed to something more complimentary is shocking business ethics.

Approached this buyer twice to attempt to resolve issue via way of refund as in full refund , not just postage.He ignored me.For clarity here-I offer free postage, buyer chose the £4.95 option. Communication is via the ebay online invoicing system and feedback which I always leave for buyers once dispatched thanking them-no one in 100,000 transactions has ever complained about TU notes in a parcel apart from this one.The box holds 14 nibs ,will never hold 50 (a very small box) I TRIED ! !

Friendly correspondence. Fast shipping, very well packed. Item in very good condition. The seller wrongly formed the impression that I wasn't happy and was falling over himself to offer to take the pencil sharpener back. My assurances that I was perfectly happy went astray because eBay's AI-driven Big Brother computer decided that I was making threats and kept deleting my messages. I will be ditching every business that uses AI in whatever shape or form.
