The PC arrived in very badly damaged condition, with the case distorted and the strong, aluminium rear handle nearly snapped off. Clearly, the couriers paid zero attention to the 'FRAGILE' warning tape that was plastered all over the box! The vendor supplied a returns label and has today provided a full refund. A very disappointing purchase, but no fault of the vendor, ergo we would happily trade again. Positive feedback and kudos to you for handling the situation correctly - it is appreciated.

5 got broken in the shipping, but I am not complaining the auction was won for a good price and they honoured the sale. So a genuine ebay seller. I would just suggest putting in smaller boxes or using more padding in future. As I say I am happy anyway the broken ones will get used as parts donors for others and I know they are out of pocket on the shipping cost
