    I ordered a 10pk of Manthrope Loft vents but I received a cheaper Timloc 10pk (plus 1 was damaged due to poor packaging). I messaged the seller who said he had upgraded my order but these are about £5 cheaper & won't do the job needed! I sent it all back for a full refund but then the seller ignored me, so eBay had to step in to get give me a refund!

    I don't like giving anyone negative feedback, however you had no intention of supplying me with the actual products I had purchased. You only gave me paragraphs of waffle how you upgraded my order & how sincere you were. When I asked for my actual order, you ignored me, as did you ignore me for a refund. Very poor Ebaying!
