    I usually dont leave feedback on simple purchases on ebay, but I had such a positive experience with the seller I felt I should say. I bought the butane lighter insert and within a day of having it, the spring for the hinge was damaged, I contacted the seller and immediately they reported I was the first to experience the problem, a replacement could be sent quickly and asked me to further describe the problem. After a short back and forth we determined the issue and a replacement was sent!

    sadly due to Royal Mail issues I could not receive this item . But through it all the seller was superb and cannot fault them in any way. Communication was fantastic throughout the issue.
