Had to get in touch regarding a delay in delivery and they were responsive and helpful. What I would say is that they put sellotape all the way around the candle itself, presumably as extra protection to keep the lid on when posted, but as it is already a tight fitting lid and it was so well wrapped in bubble wrap I would say this is unnecessary and when removed takes the bottom label of the candle with it, so not ideal when for a gift.

My first and second polite notification emails were unanswered and not until my third email, when I informed them that I would have to complain to eBay, did I eventually get an apology and a refund notification. This still leaves me with an unwanted item, so I have had to contact them about that. I would not buy from them again.

Messaged the seller on 16th January and no response so had to raise as an issue with eBay. I have been on eBay since 2004 and I think this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review but feel I should warn other buyers about this issue.
