Unit was received as described and works great, better than the ultrasonic cleaner that we had in the shop that had broke. First a shipping label was made right away then never taken to the post office for 17 days. I messaged the seller with no responce It wasn't until ebay contacted them that the packaged mysteriously was found at the post office. If you look at their reviews this is not the first time that they have done this to someone. Then when I get it I see that its not the right part in the ebay title it states for hh120 and it is not for a HH120 it is for an HH100 witch is listed too.

Two comments. 1. The comments all clearly state that the issue has ALWAYS been a clear lack of communication. I do not monitor every package every minute. If something stalls in the "land of misfit packages" then I don't know unless you tell me. I submitted a lost mail claim on the tracking and it began moving. 2. I sold you a cover based off a part number. If it didn't fit your engine, you didn't look up the right part. I'm sorry but all I can do is provide a part number.

Saw ran as stated. Upon arrival it had a broken clutch cover. No biggie I just ordered a new one and went about my day. But then I put gas in the saw for the first time and it pours out of the saw. I contacted the seller and gave them several chances to make it right. He responded a couple times and now will not respond to my messages. Overall I love the saw but wish I had a better experience with the seller.

I asked repeatedly for pictures so I can figure out what he wanted and where it is leaking. This buyer is too hard headed to send me what I needed beyond a vague picture of a saw. I cannot fix something that I cannot diagnose. Sellers, block this buyer. He can't communicate but blames you when the problems happen!
