    Item arrived with parts (both nets) missing, this was the only reason we chose this item. Seller was rude and unhelpful - clearly did not believe me. Seller was unwilling to resolve without eBay escalation, we now have a refund but bear this in mind when ordering - it’s taken over a week. Item was OK quality, packaging was really poor and surprised they didn’t arrive damaged. Overall couldn’t recommend based on this experience.

    We have multiple checks before we send out any product the nets were included, we have since won on appeal as we photograph every order.
