Most orders are completed without any issues. When there is a problem you find out how good the supplier really is and that is the case with this order. Quality control further up the supply chain put a white radiator valve in a chrome box! It was resolved in a quick & efficient manner. As the rating is about the item description I have to give it 4 stars, but 5 stars for service.

Arrived safe and sound and seller was fantastic in correspondence re the item, checking to see if I’d read the description properly in that the weather station wasnt able to correspond via app. Tell the truth I hadn’t but it still “talks” to the display inside and that’s all you really need so it’s fine. Nice that he/she checked though… 👍👍👍

Beautiful lantern, unfortunately through no fault of the seller, although extremely well packaged, it arrived with a broken glass panel, rather than risk sending out another, I asked a refund which was given immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend the sell and would hope to deal with in the future.
