It was delayed in arriving by almost a week and a half but that was due to a storm and the delivery company. It was very well and safely packaged. It was good value and as described. On contacting seller I was offered full refund if item was returned or a partial refund if I wanted to keep it. I decided on the latter and part refund was issued straight away. Helpful seller.

    The perfume was posted quickly enough and while it was packaged well, I did receive the perfume in a lot worse condition than I was initially expecting. I knew it was going to arrive in a little bit of rough shape and I thought I read the description carefully but, I thought the box was going to have all four sides, if a little unattached but, one side is missing, unlike the image and the top of the perfume snapped completely which, I guess can’t be helped as it is delicate, thank you anyway!
