Unfortunately the delivery people lost the package, but seller was quick to instigate a refund and remained in contact at all times, so although I didn't receive the goods, it was out of their hands and the way they dealt with it left me in no doubt I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

    Item arrived well packed and in good time. There was a little more damage on casserole than had been stated in listing. On contacting seller I was offered full refund if item was returned or a partial refund if I wanted to keep it. I decided on the latter and part refund was issued straight away. Helpful seller.

It was delayed in arriving by almost a week and a half but that was due to a storm and the delivery company. It was very well and safely packaged. It was good value and as described.     Posted fast, good value, doll in great condition as described, could've been packaged better (the doll arrived with her head flattened against the side of the box, luckily it returned to its original shape pretty fast). Overall pleased with the purchase, thank you!

    The perfume was posted quickly enough and while it was packaged well, I did receive the perfume in a lot worse condition than I was initially expecting. I knew it was going to arrive in a little bit of rough shape and I thought I read the description carefully but, I thought the box was going to have all four sides, if a little unattached but, one side is missing, unlike the image and the top of the perfume snapped completely which, I guess can’t be helped as it is delicate, thank you anyway!
