    The item arrived very well packed, unfortunately, when I opened the package, the item was scratched. The picture on eBay shows shiny brand new. I contacted the buyer; they responded within minutes and said that they purchased it new and did not think there was a reason to check the quality of the product and told me if I am not pleased to return it. I asked for a discount on the shipping at least, no response. This was an expensive purchase, would have liked the product to be new as described.

    A palette sold at less than retail price; & I’m taking a loss selling these. Sold multiples pieces of these palettes, ALL BRAND NEW, u apparently saw a scratch on the case somewhere. I offered a full refund if you wanted to return. But some ppl use feedback to extort money out of sellers. My first unjustified negative review after 1350 positive ones.

    A+ seller! Would do business with in the future! Product came as described and was well packaged! Seller comunication was excellent, responds to any questions promptly! I didn't not receive all of the items in the listing (no fault of seller), and a partial refund for the missing item was issued immediately. A++ seller would definitely recommend!!
