The phone arrived in better than 'good' condition physically and packaged very well. When I mentioned the issue to the seller, they immediately responded and helped me get a refund. Competitively priced. eBay ripped me off with the premium priced FedEx shipping. I was promised earlier shipping date in return for paying an extra premium cost for shipping. Then FedEx missed the promised delivery date by 3 days. That's a bait and switch. The free shipping by USPS would have likely arrived sooner. Item sat at warehouse for 3 days. Ebay should reimburse the extra shipping charge and stop bait and switch FedEx offers.
