    Sadly not new as described - no packaging, sent in a jiffy bag with marks suggesting prior use or maybe poor bulk storage (scratches, already programmed, etc.). I would have returned it, but I’m away and this was for someone quite unwell who can’t manage returns or take photos. I also don’t have the time, nor do I want to impact the vulnerable person involved. Disappointing, especially as the seller knew this was for someone in need. Will add photos if I can when back.
