  Arrived in good (used) condition, as advertised. I believe it was somewhat delayed due to weather but box was kept secure and well packaged. It was my first time replacing a laptop fan and it went smoothly. I had the choice of ordering direct from their website which was slightly cheaper but I'm paranoid about ordering from smaller websites.
