I ordered a belt based on mowers details, a 10 30, however belt size was too small, contacted seller, after physically measuring the old belt and telling them the length they sent another one, this was all done and received within 48hrs...absolutely first class seller. I belive the error was down to me as although it was for a 10 30, there were no other details on the mower, I now think it was due to its model type /age. Saved as FAVOURITE seller
