Had a small issue where some extra BMW ///M stickers where advertised as being included in with the centre caps and weren't. Seller apologised for the misleading listing and issued a partial refund to cover the cost of sourcing the stickers elsewhere. Very decent and certainly surprising, considering my past experiences on eBay. Would absolutely buy from again without hesitation. A++++++
