  NCE excellent quality. Shipping time was terrible NOT the sellers fault. He and I communicated a few times. He sent it Priority Mail and it sat in a USPS station for nearly a week. Interesting that it turns out seller is only 20 miles from me. Should have picked it up if I had know first. United arrived well packaged but missing an outer packaging cover and seal had been broken but hit works as described in my programming track. Excellent value in my shopping comparisons.
