    Took a long time to dispatch, but then arrived swiftly, beautifully packed and undamaged (which had been a worry), in sparkly clean condition. No communication from vendor, except notification of dispatch and tracking number (which with Royal Mail is pretty useless). A satisfactory experience.

    Thank you for the positive feedback but I would like to address the long dispatch statement. For personal reasons I have a 5 working day dispatch set, your item was purchased at almost 3pm on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday are not counted as "working days". Your item was taken to the post office first thing on Wednesday morning which was actually well within the dispatch time and according to my records received well within the estimated delivery time.
