Since an early age, I have been fascinated with the beauty of rocks, minerals, and crystals.

I've been creating jewellery for years, mostly for myself, friends, and family. Opening an online store was an easy decision.

The necklace is not silver and the chain is not new, it is used, although it is advertised as new and the seller insists that it is new. You can clearly see from the images that is is not new! I am very disappointed as I payed for a new product that was supposed to be a present.

I am sorry you are disappointed, I offered a full refund but it was refused. I buy the chains wholesale directly from the manufacturer and they come with a certificate, as I already explained, they are both new and Sterling Silver. I always clearly describe my products and state if they are plated or silver, most of my jewelry is made at the time of order and none have ever been worn!

Nicely presented, pretty earrings, in good packaging with lovely velveteen bag and Christmas label. Described as "with deep flaws", reasonable for Natural Amethyst, but was a little annoyed to find this included small chunks missing from the stone drop, so not entirely smooth, which makes them feel like "seconds". Not really noticeable when being worn, but, as bought as a gift, I feel a little let down. Hooks stated as 925 Sterling silver, if not wearer will have severe allergic reaction!
