  The purse is perfect. Shipping was fine until the delivery date. This information does not reflect on the seller. I had to chase down my mailman to get my purse. I had to report it stolen! He scanned it to be delivered, but there were no foot prints in the snow indicating he got out of his truck. He lied about it, left, 5 minutes later came back with it. I reported his ass too. That would've been the second package he's stolen from me. I'm so glad I have it now. Thank you so much! <3

  carrier lost the item refunded her money right away but such angry soles on ebay unbelievable. i am still on ebay cuz ebay knows things can get lost, i didnt keep anyone money. Money was refunded promptly .... so sad to try to mess up my business. GOD bless you

I live in a home with a mail box & I receive packages everyday from all over the country. That claim is bogus. Trying to blame me for their incompetence.
